Testimonials
My wonderful students and esteemed colleagues provide me with an endless source of joy and inspiration. Here is what they say about me.
I had been Tatyana’s student for well over a decade. When I first started to learn, I remember holding an apple or a ball as practice to shape my hand for the piano keys. We started with the basics, from the physical – how you should press down on the keys – and then the theoretical – music theory. For seven years, I played solely classical music. Then, I was able to move onto more modern music, written by modern composers. The ability to play a piano well has shaped me into the kind of person I am today, and none of it would be possible without my amazing piano teacher.

Written by a student after successfully graduating with The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) diploma:
Dear Tatyana,
Thank you for being a wonderful piano teacher. I’ve learned to appreciate music a lot more, especially all the small details that make pieces sound great. I will always find time to practice piano, and to keep all the things you taught me in mind. Thanks again for some wonderful years.
Sincerely,
Erica W.
Written by a long-time collaborator and dear friend, Professor Mayda Prado:
During the last 20 years, I have enjoyed Tatyana’s genuine friendship and professional support. Tatyana is a fine artist and her dedication, knowledge, and generosity have been the endless source of inspiration and support at every cross-road during our collaborative journey. Our chamber group Intercambio Musicale in New York City, and our Foundation FundArt, JCL A.C in México, where Tatyana taught and directed classes and concerts of Russian repertoire to a group of international young singers, have been blessed by her presence and musicianship.
Thank you dear, dear friend.
